'Lit' is a slang that we commenly use to express how interesting we find a thing to be. Unfortunately, You Millennials, oh sorry 'We Millennials' usually use Lit for intoxication. 

But is there a way to be intoxicated without substance ? Check out the full article ( well only 5th point if you want to catch a flight) to know,

LITERATURE IS LIT !!!

1. LITERATURE has depper roots than        'STEM' !!

With the rise of technology, the STEM ( Science & Mathematics) subjects has gained a lot of attention (too much if you ask me) 

which has eventually made literature take a back seat. Thanks to its IMMORTALITY that the greatest works of literary art are still alive and similarly effective. 

Remember,  

Science tells HOW life is , but literature explains WHAT life is. 

Science makes you a better student, 

Literature makes you a better person ! 

2. Why LITERATURE ?

In today's age, smoking, getting high on drugs , alcohol consumption is called 'COOL' Well you know what's cool , 

The inspiration like 'The Road Not Taken. 

The horror like 'The Shining' 

The epic like ' War and Peace' !!!! 

These are COOL . These are LIT  !!
It is a whole world, your own world.

  

Get high on these guys, they taste better than your favourite drug for sure. 

3. Best LITERATURE makes history ! 

Words often have so strong impact that a single powerful word is enough to change the entire course of the day. So just imagine what a whole story of thousands of words can do to your life. 

Literature is such beauty that it can produce richest yet most humble people. One being, 

She lost her billionaire status because of donating most of her net worth. Could you imagine, here we dream of piling up dollars, and rupees of money and someone who could keep it all with her, decided to 'distribute'. 

This is what Literature does, it makes you realize of you being a Human first !

4. The Intellect ladder of LITERATURE . 

Literature is one of the most ancient arts. The sign language of our ancestors had a major part of literature as stone carvings,etc. It is something that has evolved with the human conscious. We cannot afford it to lose the blaze it has. 

Hey, do this, grab any of your preschool literature book and go to the contents page. Now, trace back your memory lane and notice that as the lessons got ahead the more deeper the meaning of lessons got, isn't it ? It's because as you start getting depper into literature, it demands two things:- 

● better awareness 

● better understanding 

And the output is, A BETTER YOU  !

So making literature a part of your life will get your graph higher for being a better you !!

5. Literature On Red Alert  !

Literature as I said is a gift of our ancestors we must preserve it for our children because. 

The worst day of our life will be if we wake up and find no good literature to read.

So, we the generation as a whole needs to protect from literature becoming 'extinct' 

Now, do a favour to yourself, not the world,not your family, only for yourself.  

Whenever you want to seek pleasure, throw the drugs and pick the books !!!!!!

The day you achieve this, your dream life will start the next moment. 

Addiction is a major problem of our youth. We have to take a stand and realise the importance. Your One share can save someone from falling prey to it. And best option to get high is,

GETTING HIGH ON DRUGS BOOKS !!!! 

Because LITERATURE is LIT !
