Whether it be your personal life or be it your career, one thing remains most significant throughout . As we move forward,  remember some of the greatest moments you have witnessed in your life and try to remember how the following skill had or might had affected the outcome of that moment ! 

The skill we are talking about is, LISTENING !

Step by step we are going to understand what exactly make Listening so crucially important and how it takes you to The Next Level.

1.Significance :-

If we closely observe, the root to most of our major and minor conflicts is poor listening. We are well capable of conveying our thoughts to others but when it comes to getting the chance of listening to their say, our ignorance takes the front seat . Think of last time you got involved in an argument , what was the starting point of it ? Definitely one of you was disagreeing to the other right ? Now imagine what if you had quietly listened to their point of view, maybe you could have reached a right solution because you are fully aware of the situation thus majority of times your conflict gets resolved although exceptions are there . But we must understand, 

'Good listeners are not winners, But excellent Players !'

2. Most important part of a          Communication !

We all know how that communication is the centre stage of our life it is one of the best trait mankind got through constant evolution ! No matter who you are , deep within we all have a desire that everyone should 'Listen' to us ! Most of you have got the point . Honestly if we want to get involved in a conversation, we want to be noticed . This desire is alike to every human. Now , if you want to make an impact on the person you are conversing with, simple . Listen to them . Make them feel that you care for their thoughts their value. There is no one, who doesn't like to be noticed. Of course everyone does ! So next time you want to make a deal with your client , want promotion for your job or want to make your squad the best , Make them feel that you respect their thoughts . Not only it benefits you but at the same time you as a person , Grow !! 

3.Leaders Speak Last !

Nelson Mandela , one of the greatest leaders we all know. Once he was asked how he evolved so much as a leader ? He said that he was the child of a tribal chief and in his childhood he used to go for the tribal meetings along with his father. Their he said, he remembered two things ,

1. They all used to sit in a circle . And,

2. His father was the one to speak Last.

This teaches us one most important trait of Leadership ! When in a group if you can wait until everyone else has finished having their say , not only you have unwavering focus and patience but now you have a complete bunch of ideas thanks to you fellow group members who already have spoken . This means that your talk will be a sort of complimentary to your fellows .

Such that they can connect to ! It obviously makes you more likable .
