BRIGHT SIDE OF YOUR FEAR !!!!!

The only thing we have to FEAR is FEAR itself  ~ Franklin Roosevelt

FEAR is something we all had, still have and ( it depends on you though ) will have. Every fear has its roots. For some, it could be as small as not having a good GPA, for others, it may be the line between life and death ! It is up to us in what manner we accept and overcome them.

Some people are even afraid to share this post, you can start small to overcome your mightiest fears by maybe sharing this !

Every coin has two sides, same goes with fear, so here are the Top 5 reasons why fear can be good for you !

A BONUS FOR ESCAPING THIS FEAR GAME AT THE END OF POST, so stick around.

1. Humankind has only Two 'fears' !!

Fear is a major study in human psychology. When numerous studies and experiments were carried out on the same topic, it was concluded that, Humans have only Two major Fears That of Falling and Loud Noises when we are born.

In some cases, genes too play a part and it is 'believed' that some people are born with various phobias. Although concrete proofs are still not available. So, it is our experience and imagination that gives rise to our fears as we grow !!!

SO, MAYBE OUR BIGGEST FEAR IS OUR BEST IMAGINATION !

2. The FEAR OF 'UNKNOWN' !

Take two instances ,
1. You hear loud thuds and footsteps in your hall at midnight, such that you have never ever heard.

2. Your current job has become a living hell for you. You have a business idea that 'maybe' is a million dollars plan. But you can't decide whether or not to leave the job and go after that business idea.

What will be your responses to these instances ? Maybe you discover that the first instance was just your roommate watching Netflix and dancing terribly knocking everything out.( Stay away he is no less than a ghost) !!!

The second, more directly influential on your life, must have a huge amount of research, resources and right kind of information only then, it is wise to make a decision of keeping the job or quitting it .

Like in first instance, there's nothing to fear if we really know what to come, but we all have the Fear of Unknown which makes us more prone to fall prey to such
'Unknown fears'.

Remember, Whenever there's uncertainty, there will  be fear ! What matters is, how you let it affect you !!

3. Fear gives an opportunity of reassurance !

Having fear of losing your job or missing out on important events are genuine fears because they directly affect our 'Success - Failure ratio' so in cases where the decision are to be made, being a bit fearful before acting can be beneficial because it gives you the opportunity to be completely assure that you're going the right path.

Taking risks is really good idea , but maybe taking CALCULATED RISKS is better.

So, next time you invest those money, have some fear because, Awareness is a Bright Side of your fear .

4. How fears Develop within Us.

We all have some kind of phobia. Even closest to me might not know, that I am Acrophobic . Yes, I fear heights ! I can't remember the last time being away from ground and not feeling insecure. One thing that I have observed is, it's getting cured by itself. I have just been a more conscious of it. So, what I think is,

Fear can become our limitations if our consciousness cannot transcend it !

So, if you are comfortable, share your phobias in comments below and next time you come across your biggest fear, try to transcend !!!

5. Fear of Death.

It is quite unfortunate that we are afraid of dying. Because,  Death is the only reality of this glamorous fantasy called Reality. So, we today are actually fearful of truth ! Everything has an end so does our life, actually we should be fearful of living an unfulfilled life because,

Life is not short, but definitely limited !!!

So, fear is good only if we are aware enough to know how to handle it with COURAGE.

BONUS:- Just be conscious of your fears, they are 'The Most Realistic Fantasies'. And you will be out of this Fear Game.

Have an inspirational life  !!!
